IMPROVING THE SAFETY OF TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES BY DESIGN-THINKING METHODS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the safety of transport companies. The issues of environmental safety are considered. SWOT analysis and PEST analysis have been made to determine the prerequisites for the implementation of security projects. The method of the creation a mental space based on design thinking is considered. The features of projects to improving the ecological safety of transport enterprises through the creation of the mental space have been determined.
