Basic principles of the publication
- Friendly and correct attitude towards all participants in the creative process involved in the preparation of the journal;
- Application of the practice of doble-blind review with the involvement of independent and qualified experts;
- Conducting systematic consultative work with authors in order to comply with the requirements of international scientometric databases regarding the content and presentation of materials submitted for publication.
In its activities, the editorial board adheres to the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (СOPE), as well as the Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA).
