ГАРАНТІЇ ЗАХИСТУ ПРАВ ОСІБ З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ МОБІЛЬНІСТЮ ТА ОСІБ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ ПІД ЧАС НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ ГРОМАДСЬКИМ ПАСАЖИРСЬКИМ ТРАНСПОРТОМ, ЩО ПЕРЕДБАЧЕНІ ВИМОГАМИ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ЗАКОНОДАВСТВА

Анотація. Проаналізовано вимоги європейського законодавства та застосування загальноєвропейських практик щодо забезпечення рівних прав та доступності осіб з обмеженою мобільністю та осіб з інвалідністю. Наведено інформацію щодо кола осіб, яких відносять до осіб з обмеженою мобільністю. Розглянуто чотири основні питання можливості надання гарантій захисту прав осіб з обмеженою мобільністю та осіб з інвалідністю в європейському та українському законодавствах: доступність, навчання, відповідальність та взаємодія.
Ключові слова: особи з інвалідністю, особи з обмеженою мобільністю, послуги громадського пасажирського транспорту, європейське та українське законодавство, гарантії прав захисту пасажирів.
