ВИМОГИ ДО КОНСТРУКЦІЇ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ЗАСОБІВ:
ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

Анотація. Наведено опис сучасного стану системи технічного регулювання у сфері транспортних засобів та окреслені основні напрямки розвитку цієї системи. Надані практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення вимог до конструкції транспортних засобів та подальшого розвитку процедур оцінки відповідності.
Обгрунтована актуальність проблематики технічного регулювання у сфері транспортних засобів та показа-ний зв’язок необхідності провадження цієї діяльності із соціальними, економічними та екологічними аспектами життя людей та якістю життя.
Наведений порівняльний аналіз основних положень нормативно-правових актів України із відповідними положеннями актів законодавства ЄС. Окреслені основні положення Конституції України, відповідно до яких побудована система нормативно-правових актів, із фокусуванням на неврахованих положеннях актів ЄС.
Наведені основні положення міжнародних договорів ООН, які встановлюють рамки для процедур оцінки відпо-відності конструкції та технічного стану транспортних засобів. При цьому значна увага приділена обґрунтуванню доцільності приєднання України до «Глобальної Угоди ООН 1998 року».
Показаний зв’язок між досягнутими науковими результатами на глобальному рівні, представленими у вигляді глобальних технічних регламентів, встановлених в рамках Глобальної Угоди ООН 1998 року, та нормативно-правовими актами, реалізованими у вигляді Регламентів ООН, доданих до Женевської Угоди 1958 року, та впроваджених у законодавстві багатьох країн світу, включно з державами-членами ЄС.
