Abstract. The practical aspects of the establishment of conformity assessment bodies (OOV) on the basis of SE “DerzhautotransNDIproject” (SRTRI) are described, which are accredited for compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17020, DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025, use unified documents of management systems, have developed and implemented scientific developments that provide an opportunity to ensure the application in the activities of the OOV:
– methods and programs for automated selection and justification of inter-calibration intervals of measuring equipment and test equipment with measuring functions;
– the widest range of rules, correctly substantiated by certain calculations, regarding the decision on whether the object of evaluation meets the established requirements;
– methods for practical calculation of measurement uncertainty under any conditions (one-time measure-ment, lack of part of necessary input data, etc.).
