Determination of the optimal variant of the width of the lane on motor roads

Abstract. The width of the traffic lane on the highways of the world and Ukraine was analyzed in the article. The parameters on which depends the choice of the width of the traffic lane are given. The correct width of the traffic lane will in a certain way impact the traffic safety.
