Type of licensing for the use of copyrighted material
In our publishing activities, we rely on the provisions of Chapter 36, “Intellectual Property Rights to Literary, Artistic, and Other Works (Copyright),” of the Civil Code of Ukraine, and we also use materials licensed under Creative Commons. This allows us to freely distribute, copy, and adapt content while retaining copyright.
